Cindy Costley is an Allergy/Mast Cell Wellness Coach, Trauma Survivor, Author, and Entrepreneur. She has been coaching individuals and helping them make powerful life changes ever since obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics degree in 2002.

In addition, for 34 years, starting at age 15, she dealt with severe mast cell issues, and was often described as “the girl allergic to the world”. At the age of 48, she became extremely ill and started down an amazing healing journey that has led to a full healing and a powerful spiritual awakening. Her journey has helped her understand first-hand the power of healing your trauma and stepping into “The Truth of Who You Are”. Once healed she decided to up-level her coaching business so she could help others that also suffer from chronic allergies and/or mast cell disorders, now assisting individuals that are also choosing to step into bravery and say “Yes” to a full and complete healing. Her coaching style is informative and nurturing, as she empowers individuals to take control of their lives and heal physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.
